Our family got to know a family that has a son with a cleft palette. Just like you mentioned he was seriously underweight because of the inability to eat. The family lived in the village so formula and such was not an options. We have a son who is the exact same age and our son always looked like a giant compared to the baby. Last year the baby had surgery and immediately started putting on weight and is now a healthy looking boy. Operation Smile has my vote. I was glad to see Operation Smile on this list.
