		<description>That&#039;s awesome! My current house isn&#039;t set up for any of these. There are too many trees for solar power or wind turbines. The only one we could possibly do is the heat exchanger, but I&#039;m not sure we will be here long enough for it to pay off. The best time to set that up is when the house is built.</description>
