Here is how to enter to win:
- Use your Electric Orange Card to make 5 purchases of at least $10 (ATM withdrawals and cash advances do not qualify).
- Each purchase must show up on your December statement for automatic entry.
- ING Direct will choose 5 winners and deposit $5,000 into their Electric Orange by 1/15/09.

During the Contest Period, you can print your name, address, city, state, zip code, and day and evening telephone numbers on a 3 x 5 card and mail it to: ING DIRECT Spend Wise Sweepstakes, One South Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. A mail entry is valid only once and will be considered an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 31, 2008.
