If you have a Sprint contract and are looking to get out of it without paying those outrageous early termination fees (ETF), now is your opportunity – but you had better act quickly! On January 1, 2009, Sprint increased the Administrative Charge to $0.99 per line. This qualifies as a material change to your contract with Sprint, which means you can cancel your contract without incurring any early termination fees.
But you need to act soon – you only have 30 days to take advantage of this law and the clock is ticking! Oh, and expect Sprint to put up an argument – cell phone companies never like to lose customers!
Don’t want to cancel your Sprint contract? You may be able to wrangle a better deal or a discount on a new phone or accessories. Just call the customer service department and ask to cancel your contract – then begin the negotiations. Put the power in your hands – it never hurts to try!
Check out the great deals at TMobile. Right now TMobile is offering some great deals on cell phone plans. Be sure to see if they have something that meets your needs!
Don’t have Sprint? Cancel your cell phone contract anyway!
