		<description>High fees are the big problem, but there are secured credit cards out there with low fees. Secured credit cards are a good way to get credit when there is no other credit available for your situation.</description>

I would hope some issuers care about providing value (granted a rare thing for those issuing credit cards) and will have no, or reasonable fees.  I would try a credit union if three is you don&#039;t find a reasonable offer elsewhere, credit unions often care about providing value not trying to take anything they can trick customers out of like many other issues act.</description>
