		<description>Given the current status of our economy, I would hope our best and brightest stay away from these types of government jobs and concentrate on the private sector instead where they&#039;ll actually be generating revenue and growing GDP.  But given Washington&#039;s recent push for (and funding of) universal voluntary civil service, we could see otherwise.</description>

		<description>I have to say that I&#039;ve been very happy working for a non-profit.  Working for an organization that actually benefits people who need help the most is very important for me.  Granted, the pay isn&#039;t what I could make in the corporate world, but it&#039;s more important for me to feel good about what I do.  I would definitely encourage people to consider non-profit or social service work.  It&#039;s not always easy, but it can be very rewarding.</description>
