It’s that amazing time of year again – Girl Scout Cookie season! I did well this year and only bought two boxes – a box of Caramel Delights (formerly known as Somoans) and a box of Thin Mints. The Thin Mints promptly went to the freezer, which is the best way to enjoy them! My wife and I also used some of the Thin Mints to make home made ice cream which was excellent!
