Weekly Roundup – Valentine’s Day Edition

My wife and I celebrated Valentin’s Day early this year – we went out for dinner and an ice cream sundae on Friday night so we could avoid the Valentine’s Day crowds. We just don’t like those large crowds! I also surprised her with flowers Friday evening, then I gave her a card and a small gift on Saturday – so I guess we got two days instead of the one!

It’s a good thing we celebrated a day early because I think I came down with the flu Saturday evening. Thankfully Monday is a holiday as well so hopefully I won’t have to burn any more sick days.
