Discover is currently running a couple promotions on some of their top credit cards. The bonuses range from $50-100, and also include one of the top gas rewards credit cards.
$50 sign up bonus for Discover More Card
If you don’t already have a Discover card, I recommend the Discover More Card, which comes with a $50 bonus after making $599 in purchases within the first three months and offers 5%-20% cash back on select online purchases, and 1% cash back on virtually every other purchase. Those rewards make the Discover More Card one of the best cash back rewards cards available. It is also one of the best 0% balance transfer credit cards. Discover Open Road Card – top gas rewards card
The Discover Open Road Card is another great Discover card, and is one of the best gas rewards cards on the market. My wife has one, and I am a fan of it. It offers 5% cash back on gas and auto maintenance purchases, and additional cash back on other purchases. Note: Discover is no longer offering this card.
Discover Business Card – top business card
The Discover Business Card is my choice for my business (I also have an American Express Gold Business Card). I recommend this card if you have a business. There is currently a $100 bonus for signing up for this card. Like all business credit cards, you don’t need a business to apply for a business credit card. This card offers 5% Cashback Bonus® on Office Supplies, 2% on Gas and Up To 1% on All Other Purchases. Note: Discover is no longer offering this card.
None of these Discover cards have annual fees.

I signed up for and have been using the Discover Open Road card. The card is great, but I was promised a $50 gas card after I paid my first bill. I have been using this card since September, 2008 and no one knows a thing about the $50 gas card I am suppose to be receiving.
Mary:Sorry to hear about that. I always recommend taking a screen shot or printing the screen for any offers that you are supposed to receive. Credit card companies are always changing their promotions, and it’s possible your promotion fell through the cracks. You have every right to be upset, as would I be, but I’m not sure what you can do to resolve the situation. Best of luck to you!
