Weekly Roundup – Fall Weather Edition

by Patrick on October 19, 2008

I know it has officially been fall for a couple weeks now, but we’ve had unseasonably warm weather for the last few weeks. The last couple days the temperature dropped quite a bit. With the leaves changing colors and dropping it seems more and more like fall every day. It won’t be long before all the leaves are gone and frost greets us every morning. I always enjoy the changing seasons – even when it means several months of cold and snow.

Happy birthday to a couple great blogs. All Financial Matters celebrated its 4 year anniversary this past week. 4 years of blogging is a huge accomplishment. The Digerati Life celebrated its second birthday this week. Another great milestone. Congrats to both of you!

Thanks for the mention, Patrick. And as for those Democrats who want to remove the tax incentives for 401K’s, it is not an actual plan by the Democrats. It was submitted by a non-governmental professor of economic-policy analysis to two Democrats overseeing this kind of stuff. It will never happen, so don’t worry… :-)

Thanks for mentioning my post, Patrick! Fall is by far my favorite season–cool weather, football, what else could you ask for?! It’s finally a little cooler here, too, and we took advantage of the nice weather to catch up on some much needed yard work and a garage clean out.
