Pinyo: Very true. Stick with your blue chips and chances are, you will do fine. but sometimes you gotta shoot for a little growth, which is where Lazy Man excelled this season.

FFB: Very true, FFB. There is a lot of luck and skill involved. I’m sure there will be openings in the league next year. We’ll be sure to make an announcement in the MBN forums.

Lazy Man: No modesty here. I think I lead for about 3 weeks early in the season, then it was pretty much you from there on out. Money and Values made a strong push at the end.

Ryan is being a little modest here. He was on my tail the whole time. I noticed that Moolanomy wasn’t very active and it’s a good thing. His team was extremely good.

Congrats on 3rd. There’s a lot of skill in winning but also a lot of luck. Sounds like it was a lot of fun too. If any openings occur next season I’d love to get in on it (I was fortunate to come in 1st in my league this year!).

@ Pinyo – Indeed it’s a lot like stocks. You need to research the undervalued players that will give you the best return for your pick. And if you’re fortunate enough to pick up great players from the start then you can do well without a lot of work.

Ha ha…I guess I have to do a write up too since I see my name on there. I joined, but never figured out what to do, so I didn’t do anything. I am surprised that I even got 4th place.

This is eerily similar to stock investing, you can just pick something decent and do a pretty good job in the long run.
