We actually went up with another couple that we didn't know at all before the ride. There was plenty of room in the basket and for the most part we kept to ourselves in our respective corner of the basket. There were a few times we made some conversation and pointed out things like deer running through a field and other sites like skylines and other landmarks. Having another couple was actually good for conversation and learning more about the area.
