		<description>I agree with SavingDiva.  Replacing times that you spend shopping with a cheap hobby is a great alternative.  

I tend to like to shop on my lunch break and there&#039;s a million little boutiques around to tempt me.  Instead, I go to a park or hang out at the library a few blocks away to distract myself from going to a store.</description>
