Quicken has just announced that presale orders will begin August 13th, with shipments going out the week of August 27th.
The initial launch will include the Deluxe, Premier, Home and Business, and Home Inventory Manager. These will be available for immediate shipment.

These other versions will follow shortly afterward: Quicken MAC, Rental Property Manager, Medical Expense Manager, and Quicken Checks and Supplies. Products will come in both CD and Download versions.
Quicken Basic has gone the way of the dinosaur, and Deluxe will be the entry level version Quicken offers it users.
I use Quicken to track my accounts and investments, but I do not use Quicken to its full capabilities. You can pay bills, transfer money, and maintain your accounts in a lot of other ways through Quicken. Quicken is very capable, and even though I do not use it to its full capacity, I find it a very useful program!
