		<description>Great article...with the fast pace of everyday life it is important to take a step back at times and get rid of all the stuff you never use.  I always try to post a bunch of stuff on ebay at once so I don&#039;t have to go to the post office continually.  I like the personal finance with a military touch.  I served as well and have seen so many service members make financial mistakes, digging themselves in deeper each paycheck.  Keep up the good work!</description>
